RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.
If you don't love it, send it back!

Molly and Stitch will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receipt. All merchandise returned must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused in sellable condition, with their original Molly and Stitch tags attached and the original packaging included. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are non-eligible for returns.

Refund to Original Form of Payment

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. You will be notified via email once processing has completed. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Kindly note that store credits will be processed instead of the refund if item is returned without tags.

Exchanges

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking. If you don’t want to wait, simply place a new order on our website and a refund will be processed for the return.

All orders made during a sale are Not eligible for return. All SALE items are only eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt. All exchanged items must comply with our exchange policy.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
