RETURN INFORMATION
1. Start a Return
Go to Return & Exchange page and click on START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return and if you want an Exchange or Refund.
2. Return Label
For your convenience, we can create a return label for you for $9.90 and we will deduct it from the refund amount. If you wish to get the label please let us know on contact@mollyandstitch.us. You will receive the return label and a return initiated email to confirm your return has been initiated.
Affix the pre-paid label to the original package.
3. Get Your Return/Exchange Ready
Place new and unused items with tags in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package, do not separate a return for one order into multiple packages. This can cause delays.
4. Drop Off Your Package
Drop off your package at a nearby USPS location. Molly and Stitch is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 12 days from delivery.
- We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.
If you don't love it, send it back! - Molly and Stitch will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of purchase.
- All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear are non-eligible for returns.
- Please note that customer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns and exchanges
- Once your return is received, please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
- If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you, and a separate email will be sent with tracking information.
- Should you prefer not to wait, you are welcome to place a new order on our website, and we will process a refund for the returned item.
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. You will be notified via email once processing has completed. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Please note that if an item is returned without its tags, store credits will be issued in place of a refund.
- Please note that all orders placed during a sale are not eligible for return. However, SALE items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our exchange policy.
- All exchanged items must meet the requirements outlined in our policy.
